3. Prohibited behaviour
You must not:
- create accounts using false identities or use bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with Archers;
- artificially inflate views, clicks, saves, claims or loyalty points;
- attempt to bypass payment, moderation, rate-limit or security controls;

- introduce any malware, denial-of-service traffic or any code intended to disrupt the platform;
- contact other users in a way that is harassing, threatening, deceptive or that violates anti-spam laws.
4. Honesty in advertising
Advertisers must comply with the Nigerian Code of Advertising Practice (ARCON) and equivalent international standards. In particular:
- Prices must be expressed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any compulsory fees.
- "Sale", "discount" and "free" claims must be true and the original price must be a genuine, recently-charged price.
- Limited-time offers must show clear start and end dates.
- Stock and capacity claims (e.g. "today only", "first 50 customers") must be honoured.
- Testimonials must be genuine; before/after imagery must not be manipulated to mislead.
- Comparative advertising must be fair, accurate and verifiable.
5. User-generated media
You confirm that you own the copyright in, or have a valid licence covering, every image, video and audio file you upload. You are responsible for any model release or location release required for the people or property depicted. You must not upload material that contains another person's likeness without their consent.
6. Reporting violations
If you see content or behaviour that violates this Policy, email jalapenosmoke@gmail.com with a description and a link or screenshot. Reports made in good faith are confidential.
7. Enforcement
Where a violation is identified, Archers may, at its sole discretion and without notice:
- remove or edit the offending content;
- refuse to publish a sign and decline to refund the publishing fee where the rejection is the Advertiser's fault;
- warn, suspend or permanently terminate the offending account;
- disclose information to law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
